A few sample techniques

 

In this light-hearted workshop you will learn techniques for creating realistic and tactile landscape embellishments, starting with a tree trunk as your main sample

 

We will be playing with a variety of techniques for 3D surfaces, using  water-soluble stabilizer, threads, fabrics and other decorative materials to produce interesting and delightful effects, to enhance your future projects. Some stressing of fabric with burning tools will also be explored.
